  2. If a Customer Support Representative is unable to assist you with your specific inquiry, your concerns will be escalated by the Customer Support Representative to a Customer Support Supervisor or Manager for further review.
  3. Most issues and concerns are resolved quickly by our Customer Support team however if you are still unsatisfied with our resolution, please use the form to the right to forward your complaint to the Office of the President for further review. You will receive a response as soon as possible, however please be advised that this may take up to 5 business days from the day it is received.
