30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all products that are sent to us with all original components included. You must call our customer support department to acquire the Return Authorization Number before returning the product. We will not accept returns that do not have a valid RA #, are missing components, or have any signs of use such as scratches, recorded footage on the DVR, or unwrapped cables. Any orders placed from Monday, November 21st 2016 to Friday, December 13th 2016 are subject to our extended holiday return policy and are eligible to be returned without restocking fees until January 13th 2017. Any orders placed after December 13th will follow our standard 30 day return period.
Shipping Policies for Returns
- The customer is responsible for shipping items to Defender (we recommend UPS ground with a tracking number).
- If the product has any signs of use such as those mentioned above, it will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be issued.
- If any parts or components are missing, the product will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be issued.
- If the product is DOA and is returned within 7 days of issued RA, Defender will refund the shipping costs once the product has been verified as defective. If it is returned after the 7 days, customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please note that a copy of proof of purchase is required with the product. Defender products have a 1 year warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
